As stated previously, the humans can NOT move, at all. And they spawn inside a soft kill barrier. Basically, they have 10 seconds to actually get on the mongoose and play, or else they die. If they hop off at all during the game, they can't move, so there is little chance of any 'cheating'. However, if they do hop off for some reason, simply go behind them, and evade them into the center. That way they will die from the kill barrier after 10secs. (And its funny to watch them die helplessly for cheating)
Just to be clear, nobody has the right (in Halo Reach) to reject another person from using a similar idea that both parties created on their own.. UNLESS there is solid evidence that this other person explicitly stole their idea. Please don't make it sound like only one person can create one idea, because it is very well known that multiple people are, in fact, capable of creating one similar idea without "consulting" or stealing each others ideas. As for the map, sounds very interesting... But may I ask what the point of the middle thing is?? Why not just leave a giant gap there instead of a tower/thing..? Just an idea. Anyways, very creative! Nice idea! Even if someone else thought of it also.
I put the object in the middle simply for aesthetic purposes I wanted it to have a unique feel instead of a simple hole in the middle. I also plan on adding some more scenery to make the map feel less "barren". I wont change the core gameplay with these objects, however. (As in I wont add a block in the middle of the driving space. Thanks for the input though.
No...what I was referring to was the 20,000 Monster Truck map variants, where its essentially the same gametype with a different map(And even the different maps really never venture from the norm) My point was that this is NOT another Monster Truck game.
Updated the Map and Gametypes! Check them out and provide more feedback please, I tried to fix all of the flaws I came across during playtesting.
You obviously haven't tried clicking both sticks and then moving the object really slowly. A map is made 100% perfect by doing coordinate moving first, then clicking both sticks and moving the object will perfect it. Guaranteed to be 100 percent accurate.
I have though. It's the weirdest thing, like a never ending staircase sort of deal. I move one into position, and then another one into position, and I keep doing this on each piece, but they can NEVER align perfectly. I'll go try it one more time, but I've tried doing it many a times before. *EDIT* Yeah, It simply wont align on all 4, I have no idea why. If you'd care to give it a shot and tell me how you did it, I'll gladly take your advice xD
