I think mods would win. With glitches you have limited abilities. With mods you can change files in the game and do amazing things. Like in Halo 2 mods could let you fly, jump high, you could even make the smg shoot rockets.
Mods can also make the glitch useless, by disabling it. I remember "making" fixed versions of the maps in halo 3, just so people wouldn't glitch during a game.

I came into this thread expecting the poll to be are modded maps better than glitched maps....which might be a good poll discussion. This however is a fairly obvious answer. A modder will always win. I've seen some pretty crazy hacks while I've played Halo 2, and I can honestly say anytime I came across a modder I lost. A modder can instantly kill a person as they spawn, how do you defend against that?
To be honest, this is a ridiculous poll. As people have already said, with Mods you can do almost anything, yet with glitches they are very limited.
Well when you can mod a game to where you can't die, you have infinate ammo and crap like that then it is pretty much impossible to lose.
yeah this is a very unfair poll, mainly because a person with mods could pwn someone who is glitching anyday.
Ummm, not a great topic, and I think that you could have come up wth something a little more, creative. I think that mods would win in a fight obviously. I believe in both being used as long as it's for the good.
