Hey guys, first Sandbox map. Yes the map is budget glitched but it fits in really well with MLG gameplay. MLG standards Setup for play with Slayer, Team Slayer, CTF, King of the Hill, and Oddball. download! MLG Twigadee Team size up to 4v4 : recommended Weapon list: BR x 8 Magnums x 2 Maulers x2 Carbines x4 Sniper Rifles x2 Rockets x 1 Plasma Grenades x 12 Frag Grenades x 10 Custom Powerup x 1 Map Description: This map has both teams beginning on opposite ends of the map. Each side has a tunnel and man-cannon to the middle of the map. Each side has a base with sniper-rifle and drop down into the tunnel. In the center of the map, up top is rockets and minimal cover with towers to jump on. Down bottom there is a custom power up and an area to take cover. On the non team spawning sides of the map there are ramps up to the top. This map is great for BR's and the tunnels feature quite a few interesting gameplay options. Let me know what you guys think! also the hallway looks too long, so you should maybe think of some other ideas for the hallway and make another version =)
There's a list of play at the top. It's setup for Slayer, Team Slayer, CTF, Oddball, and King of the Hill... And in reference to the hallways, it seems longer in the pictures than it is in gameplay and it adds to the need for actual skill vs. running and hiding.
Mmmm... looks good. CTF might work well on this map. I'm looking for some good CTF Sandbox maps now... Anyway this looks pretty cool, *downloads*. Keep up the good forging! Oh and BTW Karma no double posting... just edit your older post.
yeah it looks like a great slayer map but objective is kind of sketchy. also the top level could use a few rails on the sides but i do like that hole in the bottom little stretch for MLG but its a good idea. 9/10
Great job! This looks like a real execellent map. All I have to suggest is removing the man cannon so that you actually can't get from place to place too fast, the tunnel looks long in the screen shots but that's just camera angle and the cannon just boosts past the tunnel which is very annoying for CTF because one second the guy with the flag is in the middle than he is in his own territory. Other than that I'd say this is a great map. P.S. I like the hole in the top level, it reminds me of that part on Isolation where you can drop down through the hole to where the rockets are, and it can disrupt someones line of fire for a second until they can get to the hole and start shooting away at the person again which is good because you need some form of cover and this is a little twist on temporary cover.
This looks pretty nice.The asethics are great with that hole in the middle or center of this map.And I would prefer slayer and the map is pretty close quarters.And a suggestion...move that custom powerup out of there.Overall the map needs more attention.
Yeah now that you say it CTF would get annoying with those man cannons, but if you think about it compare it with Narrows and it's about the same maybe even a little better. Thoughts on how I could make it better? Maybe moving the Flag spawn and return points? I would prefer not to move the man cannons because of the other gameplays.
