    UPDATE: What's different in this version: removed vehicles and most of the power weapons. snipers only have 1 spare clip. removed all equipment except for the bubble shield, but moved its location.

    Weapons: 2 snipers, 2 carbines, 6 battle rifles, 4 assault rifles, 2 maulers, 2 plasma rifles, 2 plasma pistols, 4 spiker rifles, 2 turrets

    Equipment: 1 bubble shield

    Power Ups: 1 overshield, 1 active camo

    Turf is a big symmetrical map which consists of two bases, that line the outer edges of the map, and a central structure that brings them together. This map is meant to have vehicles, it has much more potential with them on. So it might seem a little slow in an MLG game. But not to worry, Turf has many shortcuts that makes getting from one base to the other a snap.

    Player movement is key on this map. With multiple levels and lots of cover, players have to be quick and know the best path to their target. Man Cannons are a quick way to get across the top level, while two teleporters are tucked away in the back corners for those on the ground.

    Be careful of falling down into the middle. There are lots of grenades above and it really is a death pit.

    Quick Tip: There are lots of weapons on this map. Be careful when choosing your weapon combos.

    Uhh well the first thing about making an MLG map is... its gotta be MLG. Take off the turrets, bruteshots, spike grenades and overshield. The only things your allowed to have on the map ar BRs Carbines, Maulers and Plasma Pistles.

    I don't believe fusion coils or grav lifts are MLG either. Plus your not supposed to have snipers on foundry variants.

    The base looks completely sloppy. Needs more interlocks to make it smooth, needs some cover and mabey some more high and low points.

    You can't forget that there is often a difference between a competitive map and an MLG map. Simply put, MLG maps must meet certain standards, and your map does not.

    This should be moved to Competitive.

    Ouch. he already made a turf for MLG that got moved to competitive. this is his version that was fixed to support MLG gametypes.

    Well, according to this sticky, maps that fall short of the strict MLG guidelines do not belong in the MLG subforum.

    This map might be intended for competitive gameplay, but "competitive" and "MLG" should not be used synonymously. They are two different things, and we have two different subforums for the two.

    I know that i am just saying that it is pretty sad to have a map moved from MLG to competitive then remake it for MLG and have it moved also. Don' know what to say except you need to pay more attention next time.
