Looks pretty good, but I do have a few potential criticisms since you requested them. First, it looks like there might not be enough cover in a lot of places. There's certainly plenty in specific areas, but it looks like the vast majority of the map's footprint would just be open. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, but if you have eight people with solid enough BRs that can each other cross map, it might be a little too much of a bloodbath. Also, that much emptiness looks like it would limit the potential routes you could take to just the middle and the sides, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but something that makes a map feel a lot smaller than it is. I personally am also not sure about having the two teleporters clustered together like that. It just seems kind of redundant. The last thing is that I'm not sure about "cubbies" in an MLG map. I'm not an expert, but I can't think of a place in any of the maps they use that's just a dead end, except maybe the spawn areas on narrows. That's really minor though. Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to Dl this yet, so I could just be completely full of crap. Ignore me if I am.
Looks good. I give it a 4/5. Like GD27BlueDevil said on foundry Rockets aren't allowed. And I'm not positive but I haven't seen like any MLG maps that use Shield Doors. I think that's not allowed in MLG.
So in the pursuit of perfection this is were we are. As you know I think the map is good, however I don’t think it is the perfect map for MLG as I assume you are going for. My suggestion stand strong: 1. you need to find a way to stream line everything, in other words how to make it so players can move around the map with out having to jump, namely yellow side. 2. The bottom of the bases need to be open up, keep in mind that Halo 3 strength is not short range combat. And the cramp bottom of the base would lead to some serious melee battles. I hope that my comments in forge and play testing have been more helpful than discouraging. It just seems that to make this map play competitive, would require some major design changes.

I just checked this out in forge, and it looks pretty good. It doesn't really seem that MLGish, though. Nice map, 4.7/5 when you delete the teleporters. Hopefully it plays as nice as it works.
