I'm not sure how it all went but the second one they lost was early in the morning and the one they won was later that day.
Snipedown = Best slayer Hysteria = Best Obj player That was the best few games i have seen from MLG. so intense.
Hysteria is a pretty nasty slayer too when you put the sniper in his hands. I like tD as a Halo team, but I don't like them as people other than SK. Fearitself also seemed pretty chill on his interview, but him and Snipedown just look so nerdy leaning up in their seats with their face right in the camera. I have also heard Snipedown is an extremely cocky douche. Then, I swear Hysteria's skin releases off UV rays it is so pale. Even though most people have been complaining about the skill gap in Halo 3 letting amateurs beat pros, it sure has made for some exciting tournaments when you have Ambush knocking Str8 into the losers bracket. In the rematch, they were wining in Pit KoTH that would have made the series 5-4, but Heinz's screen messed up, so they had to restart the game. Then, they play on the main stage, and they get crushed because T2 starts talking sh*t to a team of 13 year olds on the mainstage. I never would have thought it would be so much fun to watch some players play Halo, but when you have Puckett and Sundance in the booth, players trash talking each other all game, and matches that intense, it made for an awesome viewing experience. After watching it, I had to play MLG playlist, and I got my 32 with randoms because I was so pumped after watching. I am still shocked that Str8 got 3-0ed in the second series because they led Onslaught flag all game, and then, Snipedown just went off on Guardian Ball.
Really? When tD got the first three caps in less than a minute and twenty seconds? But I was surprised aswell. I thought Str8 had the game won, but it was clutched by Hysteria.
I guess they led for about 12 minutes with tD only scoring in the those 3 minutes at the beginning and end. To me, if a team can shut down another team for 12 minutes in a 15 minute game, they outplayed them, but tD was clutch when they needed it most. I didn't even get to see the slayer game on Pit because my VoD started to lag (it ran flawlessly the whole day but had to start messing up during the freaking championship match). I'm with you. I was pulling for tD in Meadowlands and San Diego, but for some reason, I couldn't bring myself to in Orlando. Maybe, it is the fact that everyone is jumping on their bandwagon (Snipedown particullarly), or the fact that I am just not a big fan of Snipedown. I can admit that he is sick, but he team oriented yet and is supposedly an asshole. I couldn't help but laugh when Snipedown was just looking for someone to give a high five to once they won and just put his hand on SK's shoulder, so his hand wouldn't just be out there as the other 3 players celebrated. I really like the way Str8 plays, and the players actually seem like cool guys outside of Halo. T2 has a rep for being an asshole, but I love his talk because he actually gets inside players head and said some funny stuff like when Ogre1 missed a point-blank rocket in green hall.
