    MLG Infinity

    MLG Infinity is a map located in the skybubble of Sandbox. I spent about 4 days working on this version of the map, and already began the second version. I felt it was necessary to post it to get as much feedback as possible for V2.

    MLG Infinity is a map beautiful in aesthetics and had a solid layout. The layout and flow promotes teamwork in order to win. Gameplay is excellent and fast paced, as MLG should be.

    Gametypes Supported:
    MLG Multi-Flag
    MLG Oddball (recommended)
    MLG King (recommended)
    MLG Team Slayer

    Weapons:
    Battle Rifle: 4 on map - 10 seconds - 2 clips
    Carbine: 2 on map - 90 seconds - 2 clips
    Mauler: 1 on map - 120 seconds - 1 clip
    Frag Grenade: 4 on map - 2 pairs - 30 seconds
    Plasma Grenade: 4 on map - 2 pairs - 30 seconds
    Custom Powerup: 1 on map - 150 seconds

    Tactics
    KOTH: The best tactic for KOTH is to have 2 players attacking the hill, while having the other two trying to keep control of either the carbine tower or bridge. Both locations give good vantage points on the hills to give the rest of your team support. For the 4th hill, keep as many people as possible on the carbine tower to prevent people from getting to the hill.
    Oddball: The one thing you want to do in oddball is to get your oddball carier to the highest ground possible, while the rest of your team covers them.
    Slayer & Flag: Just like with Oddball and KOTH, the most important thing is controlling the higher ground. It gives you the upper hand on your opponents and makes protecting your flag carier esier if you can get a nice view of the map.


    Well that's about it. I kinda rushed posting this just because I wanted as much time to get feedback for V2.

    Also for those of you curious, here's some teasers for V2.

    Since I used every last cent of the budget in V1, I'm completely starting from scratch with V2. The layout will be mainly the same but it will be better.

    Other changes for V2:

    - More railings
    - New base design with more cover
    - Addition of 2 snipers (120-150 respawn with 0 clips)
    - Bridge between Carbine bridge and Tower
    - Better Aesthetics (if budget allows)

    ...Infinity? I thought it was bigger.

    And yes the map is alright too. I'd give it a 3.5/5 because although it's crafted very well there is little originality to it.

    Good map. You designed it nicely and everything looks smooth and interlocked.. I like what you did with the green. Keep up the good forging

    Very nice layout, the green's are sweet looking, and the sight lines look bamf from the pictures. You have my dl and keep up the great forging.

    I'll give you more than they have, haa ha anyways the map looks remarkable i loved playing this with my friends, and they had no negative terms to come up with, however the carbine spawn is a little deserted or a t least thats the way it was in my game, you might just want to add an aesthetic touch, for instance a lit up double box pyramid. (If you don't understand please ask me on live, i can see this getting a feature one day, agian congrats on a great post
