He didn't make it ¬.¬ I shat brix too misch, that is crazy scary O.O but incredibly sad as well. It would have been easier to write a program to do it..
So. I seen a "Youtube Timelapse Sever" today. I couldn't pass up the advantage. PICTURERS ARE NSFW Spoiler Yeah, I got away with this. I told them I was making a kirby at first, But then I said I was making a creeper. They asked "WHY ISN'T IT GREEN?" I told them I was making the outline first, and then I would delete the gravel because it is affected by gravity. This project took me about...an hour? Not sure, It hit to top of the map, though. But it was greifed over 5 times, causing all the gravel to fall, which was a pain in the ass to build back up. Luckly I had some helpers fill it up too, to contribute to the "Creeper" Here is the competitor that made a ***** too, This was a fail. Its behind a friggen wall so the camera can't see it. Mine is behind the " www.youtube.com/backslashgaming " Logo
building a dome with a diameter of 33, one side has a pathway that will lead to a massive dome (hopefully diameter 80) out in the sea.
Since people like to post pics, then I will post some for the opening of Fh Rp. I will show the city and work that people made.
Holy ****. Apparently, Minecraft has become so successful that on September 22nd it had its greatest number of sales in a single day. The game averaged one sale every three seconds, which is about 26,000 sales, which is about $350,000 in a single day. That is insane.
This Giant cave was only 4 blocks away from where I dug my first house in the wall. I found tons of Iron and Coal, and it was totally safe. Now it's all lit up. this picture only shows about 25 percent of it. My house connects this outside world to this cave
This is what I've been working on for a while. LOTS of inventory hacking. One massive map edit (The MASSIVE cleanstone cube) Several seperate railway tracks leading up (and down) the massive drop in height and across the vast distance. Quite a lot of underground railways. And no, that image doesn't quite put the cleanstone cube's height into perspective. Spoiler In-game shots Spoiler (The centre of the diamond-roofed hut thing is my spawn) One of many railway tracks. Only one where half the track has been made aesthetically pleasing.
I find it extremely funny how so many people think Notch is lazy with the updates lately. Every time I here it from his blog, from trolls, its super hilarious.
Earlier I decided to try out a new lighting system, probably not 100% original, but i haven't seen it done before. Basically I made a house with walls 3 layers thick. The two outer layers were made from stone, and the middle layer was filled with lava. Oh, of course, on the inside part of the stone layer was actually a row of glass blocks. Turned out quite nice. But I died quite a few time from falling into the lava. Must be more careful next time.
