Matt why do you have creepers all over your website if there are no creepers in your server? /troll

 

Got a 256x256 pack. These images don't do it justice. Warning unless you have a mega gaming rig, I'd advise against getting it. It's making my computer lag pretty badly. My macbook sounds like it's about to asplode. I just wanted to see what this looks like, and it is gorgeous.

i think minecraft looks better with simpler textures, more simple than default. just clean, simple lines

 

I agree. That pack was keeping with the simple aesthetic, it was just HD versions of the original textures.

Seriously, if you're going to use a texture pack, get one that embraces the fact that you are in a world made of cubes, and there is no need for trying to be realistic by being high resolution.

 

I beg to differ. I agree with the comment about that texture pack being laughably ugly, but high res texture packs can be pretty nice as long as they keep to the minecraft theme and don't try to copy real-life textures, but instead re-imagine them

 

Isn't that what I just said? I never said high resolution texture packs were terrible, just the ones that try to be realistic.

 

Because they are my favorite and I made the site.

Yes, that's a sentry, and you can put almost any weapon from his mod on top of the crafting recipe for it to make that type of sentry. I especially like the flamethrower sentries.

 

Guided missile sentries too? And do they require ammo?

 

None of them require ammo, but they can be destroyed by mobs.

Does it work with Mo' Creatures?

 

My guess is no, but I'll check right now

EDIT: Installed both mods and it seems to be running fine. I got a world to load without any crashes. Still testing

EDIT2: The mods do work together without any noticeable problems. Crafting recipes from both mods do not conflict and the game does not lag either. It seems I was wrong

I've got to say I think it's kind of ugly. The HD....ness, just seems to call attention to it just being the same thing over and over again.

 

I am seriously disappoint.
