Maze Trap It's my approach to a classic maze. The spawn points are placed in the outer rings of the maze, the maze has 4 entries, it has a hidden man cannon, a hidden teleporter that gets you to the spartan laser with a full view over the map, and a grav lift to get you to the hidden cloacking powerup. The only problem now is that you have to play it with the gravity setting set so you can't jump on top of the maze. With the normal slayer game you can easily jump on top of it and I dont know how to fix that, that's why I recommend the Maze Game with it, which is a slayer game with the gravity adjusted. looks alright but there are loads of these but if you tired interlocking ad geomerging the walls and stuff like that i it would look a lot better. check he forging 101 section for details on how to do it if you dont know
^yeah Belly's right. at first when i looked at it, it looked pretty good but as i scrolled down i saw some crooked boxes and what-not and was slightly dissapointed. after you learn how to interlock and geomerge you should definetly make a version 2. i tried to make a maze but it was just wayy too aggrivating so im really looking forward to a v2.
This map strikes me as slightly altered take on an old idea (not saying the idea has gone bad). You need to do serious geomerging and interlocking work, but this map is a very good start. I like all the added features you have (the splazer and man cannon). I can see where you have tried to have some asthetic look (the A/B signs and the trucks) however I think you could expand it more in a v2. Final word: A pleasing attempt at an old format, but it still needs some work 3/5
Okay, I don't think a map should be degraded because of simple crooked boxes, but I don't think the idea was carried out too well. It's a difficult idea to start out with, so you're going to need something spectacular to pull it off.
