    Got up bright and early ready to crack on with solving all the complaints from Autumn Contingency...only to discover there weren't that many! So that's nice.

    GT: Nikko B201

    Autumn Contingency (BTB CTF) now has a path through the ship, READY waypoints for the snipers, and some more cover. The Scorpion remains unchanged at present; we'll have to see how it's affected now that players know it's there.

    Fang's Legacy (6v6 CTF) is the snowy Christmas map of the day, with new side routes expanding the Ledge/Catwalk locations into full pathways, linking the bottom and top of each side's grav lift cliffs. I'm really bumping up against the lighting budget on this one so hopefully this resolves the remaining major issues.

    Edit: bonus round if you have space:

    Lijiang EX (4v4 Extermination) is a tight urban Extermination map based on Lijiang. It's in testing with Ascend Hyperion as well; this is an improved version.

    I fixed the issues with Shipment and gave it quite a face lift. And also...The Labs has gotten MAJOR changes...so I'm hoping for a player count of 16 people now for that map. If that's not possible, then I can have it be played at 12 still.

    • Description: Revamped shield door for overshield drop, shoot either coil (with the useless plasma turret making a spectacular comeback :p). Map has been optimized for strongholds and seems to play fairly well, however I'm worried the two bottom ones will be too easy to hold. Minor change to the bases for smoother look, as well as the side of the tower by the phantom drop offs getting cleaned up for more intuitive pathing.

    Description:
    Cops must infiltrate bank and take out the robbers. There are 3 entrances to the bank. The main doors, the armor truck garage to the left, and the employee entrance to the right.
    Cops are slightly weaker than robbers but move and reload slightly faster.

    Robbers can't leave the bank. (logical reason currently in process)
    Robbers have limited resources, move and reload slower, but can take a little more damage.

    Robbers who are killed become SWAT members. They move a little faster than cops and have shields and can take a bit more damage.

    There are 5 rounds, 4 minutes a piece.
    There are 2 Last Men Standing. They get faster reload, infinite ammo, and can take a little more damage.

    I mainly want feedback about how the gametype plays and how well players can get around the map.

    Hey max! I'm at the point where I've tested every mode except Multiteam so I'm hoping to do it for this Friday. If you could, would you be able to input Thelios along with your feedback into the ATN site? I'm only really getting positive feedback from these lobbies now so I need it to go further into the ATN testing if you guys feel it's up to par that is.

    Ok took me a couple days to get all the changes suggested done. But to recap i have;
    - Replaced bases with larger, more open, sangheili style buildings,
    - removed foliage to reduce framerate drops
    - downgraded banshee to sword from temple
    - added cover along cliff pathways and between bases to reduce sight lines

    I am incredibly sorry everyone. My ISP dropped my connection for a full 8-10 hours (8 since I got home) With it just returning, its too late to get to all of these awesome submissions. I was really looking forward to them. Unfortunately I cant commit to another Forged Friday till January 6th. Please bear with me as we take the next week off to enjoy the holidays and the coming of a new year, which we will promptly kick off the following Friday with Forged Friday.

    Thank you everyone for your support over the year of 2016 and helping make Forged Friday what it is today. This would have been difficult to say the least without all of your support and maps to play on and enjoy.

    As for the maps submitted for this week. I will try to have the other lobbies play them, and I will play the ones submitted when the 6th rolls around. So you don't need to double submit just refresh the original post before I check the like button on it to make sure I have the most up to date version available.

    Again Thank you for your support and, in advance, your patience.

    Description:

    This is a medium sized 4v4 best suited for CTF and Assult. The map has a heavy draw to the scattershot side for map control but is as easily taken as it is defended with a smart team. There are many ways to flank and navigate the map to attack the top.

    Description :
    Red and green rush for the flag at the castle while accessing spawn checkpoint along the way. The defenders will be trying to prevent the MARIOS AND LUIGIS to entering the castle and making to checkpoints to deliver the flag within the castle to the top of the castle. Defenders will spawn in castle walls if killed on battlefield then will be allowed to carry and protect flags.
