    Made some changes based on feedback. This version is smaller than the previous version. Some structures and weapons have been changed/added.

    It seems like custom gametypes are working with smaller teams, so I'd like to unveil my latest zero-g creation this week:

    Map: Battle School
    Gametypes: 4v4 Battle School Slayer and Battle School Breakout or "Graffball"

    Since this would be its first real play test, I'd like to get two games on it if possible - one with Slayer and then one with Breakout or"Graffball" (a basketball inspired Assault variant), whichever the lobby prefers.

    Edit - I've got a work thing that's running late, so I might not be available until a little later in the night...But once I'm back I'll be available to play all night.

    I'm not submitting a map this week, but I'd be more than happy to attend, at least for the BTB portion as needed.

    Next Friday, I might get my new map submitted. I was feeling fruity so I am currently making an asymmetrical arena map. I'll see how it goes. :)

    Modes: BT Slayer, BT CTF, BT Strongholds

    I read, that people would love to see more Forunner themes maps. So...this one is slightly Forunner themed :)
    It takes place on multiple floating Rocks, way high in the sky.

    There are 4 main-island: Red base, blue base, top mid with a sniper and bottom mid with a Phaeton.
    Those island are connected by teleporters and some man cannons.

    I suppose this map is a little experimental, so I have no idea how it plays. Perhaps it's too complicated...perhaps it really awesome. I don't know, but i'd like you to find out


    Oh and I probably won't be able to join because of our different timezones :/

    Feedback I'm looking for is the spacing of the areas, does everything connect/are there any out of place areas, is everything memorable enough to retain map awareness (trying to avoid red vs blue), any trippy spawns.

    Thank you for testing out forest retreat. I've taken the feedback on board.
    I'm not happy with the map boundaries myself, but it's very hard to create a latge forest atmosphere while also limiting players to a small area. If it was cliffs on all sides it would ruin the immersion. I'm open to suggestions.

    FYI there are two ways into the house from underneath.

    I agree that its pretty difficult. And remember you dont need to make changes based off our suggestions, these are just thoughts. I'll try to think of something to help you out withthe forrest sort of approach while still keeping the map a bit more enclosed. perhaps more changes in elevation to break up seeing through the trees could help. some one way back when on youtube made a decent video about a jurrassic park map in which they kinda did the same feel youre going for. it may help you out it may not.

    Strongholds on Heights, please. I changed the position of the Stronghold locations, so I would like to see how the map flows with the new layout.

    Also, I'd like to try out a couple of older maps of mine to see if they might be worth developing further.

    Slayer on Frost and Big Team CTF on Extinction.

    Unfortunately I am unable to host a Forged Friday this week. Something has come up and I wont be able to host, maybe someone else can or you all can still get together and play your self. I will be back to continue as normal next week. Still submit maps as you will and I will add them to the list for next week.

    Sorry again, I hate to do this, and this being the first time in 4 and a half months I've had to cancel. We will pick back up next week. Have fun forging.
