This map is a reworked version of a preview map I made a couple weeks back. I remade bottom mid (Maintenance) and added a lift to top mid. The map has influences from Longest and Narrows. Its a Mid sized symmetrical map with plenty of sight lines and enough cover to break up the action when needed. Added a couple tactical jumps and hand placed most weapons except the grenades and Overshield. Only playable with Slayer for now but will be updated to support more gametypes in the future. You can play 2v2 but it might be a little too big and slow paced for that. I recommend at least 3v3 to 5v5
this actually looks pretty good except it has a bad case of framerateritis. I would suggest making you bottom floor much simpler and getting you object count down. it seems unplayable now because of framerate but it is actually a pretty cool little map. I would delete objects until your map is around 9000$ too I would cry if you made me play 2v2 on this. it is more a 4v4- 6v6 map now
I was trying to find a way to cut out items and some structures but its tough. I feel like I messed up by not using a natural floor as a base for a map. I was thinking of removing the vents towards bottom mid but it made the bottom extremely camp-able. Do the maps always render or does it only render what you can see?
