Definite improvement from your others. The text looks low quality, Not good at all.

 

Re-work the text, try a completely different border style, and work on blending your focal (the chief) into your signature.

After you get that all down pat, put in a light source, fix the depth, and make sure it all flows.

 

That was harsh.

 

Yet accurate. Trying to hide someone from the truth sets them up for more failure and bitterness in the long run.

The text is horrible. Try something simpler.

 

well at first glance i did not see the chief the colors dont match try an easier render text is really bad
