I just started making this, and I was only going to barley edit it, but I got a little more out of hand.

    Any two cents?

No. I don't like the color version much.

make a BnW layer below the colored layer and put the colored layer on like 60 or 50 opacity, it wont be as bright or bold, which i think is the problem.

    I like it.

Here, i actualy took the liberty of adjusting the sig color, you like?

Erase the GM layer over focal and make the spartan bolder and more colorful, the whole sig is too dull.
    btw, mark 5

Eh, I either like straight bnw or a lot of color.

The dulled down look is not good for me but nice try :p

I think it looks pretty good in BnW, although your style definitely takes some getting used to. If I was to say one thing, it'd be to blur the border around the back of the spartan, and turn down the lighting a bit. Or turn up the contrast on the spartan.

When you do the B&W layer adjustment (if that is what you're doing) make sure that you adjust the settings so that there is both black and white, atm it's just grey and white which isn't so good. other than that, i would say to tone down the light source a bit if you can, but it looks good ;]

    mmm not doing that.

But I actually prefer no black in my sigs.
