Hey everyone, I am new to this site, but was drawn in to see if anyone was interested in working on a Infection map with me. I'm drawing inspiration from a map someone made in Halo 3, but I wish to take it a bit further. The original map was laid out as a giant "mound" in the center of of the level, and there were 2 entrances, in which lead to a "cavern mineshaft" network of tunnels and small rooms. there was a also a waterfall made out of energy barriers, which created a small pond / river, and that made for a 3rd entrance to the area. In the idea, it was fun to find small hiding spots and hide or kill and move from spot to spot to take out zombies, or to infect more. But due to Forges *cough* short comings back in H3, it was also small. I want to basically design a successor to that map, and keep with small tunnels here, but also have wide open rooms, here and there, but overall keep the same feeling of dread of crouching around not knowing what could be around that next corner. If its possible, as I don't know all the limits of the new forge, perhaps we could get a bomb in infection, as the humans need to carry it to a set point after getting through the mineshaft maze to destroy it, or perhaps open a new path, and then escaping to a Falcon to win. In either case if anyone is interested in working with me, float me a message on X-Box in case I don't see any reply on the forum right away.
