MHF2= Monster Hunter Freedom 2 Monster Hunter Freedom 2: if you haven't heard of it, you're obviously not from Japan. In March, the title sold 348,000 units -- that was 85 percent of Capcom's total sales in Japan for the month -- and became the first PSP game to sell a million units in the in the Land of the Rising Sun. Pwned. Anyways, this game is loads of fun and thought it would be cool to base a Halo 3 map off of it. It would have to consist of a class selection part of the map. The class selection would be divided into 2 parts, Blademaster and Gunner. The Blademasters would receive a custom power-up, lasting 3 minutes, that would give them more sheilds and more damage than the Gunners. After choosing between BM/G the players would than choose a weapon. In MHF2 there are hundreds of weapons but the main Blademaster weapons that could be put into Halo would be Longsword( Energy Sword) and GreatSword( Gravity Hammer) The Gunners would keep the stats that they spawn with because in the game they die alot faster than the Blademasters( if they get hit). There are 2 types of guns which could be transferred to Halo in many different ways. There are HeavyGuns and LightGuns. With HeavyGuns, the player would move slower but that should be excluded from the game, to avoid impatient players from getting annoyed. The HeavyGuns do alot more damage but can hold less shots. for this I was thinking of using Fuelrods of even Rocket Launchers. The Lightguns do less damage but have more ammo capabilities(for the most part). For this I was thinking the simple Battle Rifle or possibly even a single SMG. Anyways it would probably be a Juggernaut Gametype or Infection with 1/2 zombie spawn. The Juggernaut or zombie(s) would represent the monster(s) that the hunters would be..well hunting. It would only be playable for about 3-6 players, otherwise the monster may be overwhelmed. Each player would get 3 lives, in MHF2 you can die 3 times before the mission is failed. The monster would also get 3 lives, which could represent the ability to cut the monsters tail and break different parts of there bodies(which is a major part of the game) Another idea I have is to make the gametype VIP. In the game there are inferior monsters, less powerful than the main creation(VIP). I am just putting my ideas out in the open becuase I doubt i will ever get around to making this map...or any map thats worthy of FH post any time soon :cry:
