    This is my first real attempt at an actual map. I thought i'd try and make something that looks and plays a little different. I've tried to make it easy to get to and from each of the levels with two-way teleporters and the use of grav jumps.
    The place people seem to go straight away is down to the bottom and up the grav jumps, which in turn take you right to the top. The Sword and shotgun are up there but the longer ranged power weapons are at the corners. This i think gives the map some good, elevated defensive positions for objective gametypes.

    Rocket Launcher x1 (Ground floor)
    DMR x 6 (2 in each base and one in each tall tower)
    Needle Rifle x 2 (Side bridges)
    Sword x 1 (Top Bridge)
    Shotgun x 1 (Top Tunnel)
    Grenade x 4
    Plasma Grenade x 8
    Grenade launcher x 2 (Top right corners on landing pads)
    Sniper x 2 (Top right corners in 2 story towers)

    It looks like a good design but personally I think you have too much going on in a small area. I would try to start out a little smaller and simpler. I could definitely see some possible frame rate issues with all the man-cannons and teleporters and such. High and low points are great in any map, so thats good but if you have a smaller map with a possible layout (on a new map) of your second pic I think it would be a pretty good map to play on. Overall it looks like a good BTB map.

    Very interesting design with all of the lifts and walkways. It does have a unique symetrical design and I like how the map is enclosed on the sides. Here are some things I would cosider.

    1. I think there is too much going on in this map. Take out some lifts and put in ramps instead.

    2. Try to incorporate rock/grass into your map. In my opinion if a map is asymetrical, it should have the best visual appeal as possible.

    Thanks thefightdude, wpcubs and sylux. I put the map together off the top of my heading, adding to it as i went along. Next time i'll take your advised and start off smaller and try and use bridge a bit more. tbh i haven't had a problem with the frame rate as of yet. I've had 12 people playing at once and it was all fine. Something to consider for my next map.
