I think a center point between the two would be best. The second is too bright, and the first is too dark. However if I had to choose I'd pick the second. Blends better with the boxes.

 

Change the lighting to somewhere in between. As aMoeba said, the second is too bright and the first is too dark.

First time either of you didn't use anime.

Well the flow is weird because you smudged the right girl up and to the left and you smudged the left girl down and to the left.

First text is better.

Your focal looks low quality. Also kinda a split focal.

I actually really like the boxes.

Actually, yes I did. I thought I already sent you the updated one, so when I was talking about the other version, I meant V3.

Ok, you seem to forget that I do NOT always do anime sigs, and neither does Mace. My first non-anime was a long time ago.

 

Well first since I've been paying attention.

 

I think I like Frag's v2 the best. Mace, yours looks a little too dark in my opinion.
