Lost Light - This Forerunner solar array may not be entirely safe.

Lost Light is a 4v4 Slayer map set in a Forerunner power facility. Strange energies hum beneath the exotic structures - energies which, left unchecked for thousands of years, have had some interesting effects on the facility's teleportation grid.

The map is almost symmetrical, featuring two colour-coded multi-level structures connecting at the centre. A side route across the docks is comprised of a gravity launcher at each end. On the central dock, a malfunctioning teleporter could send you...

NikkoJT updated Lost Light with a new update entry:

1.1 Lost Space

Update based on playtesting.

- Reversed the direction of the gravity slide in Red Base.

- Shortened Blue Base significantly. The map is now more compact.
- Added a second catwalk to the centre of the map. This catwalk runs below and in front of the Scattershot catwalk.

- Improved containment.

1.2 Lost & Found

Update based on testing with Ascend Hyperion's Thursday Thirteen lobby.

- Map is now classified for 6v6.

- Added a Banshee to the lower central catwalk.

- Swapped the locations of the Suppressors and Light Rifles.
- Added Plasma Pistols to the team spawn areas.

- Improved kill volumes to allow for Banshee flight.

- Added a platform to the lowest level of Blue Base allowing access from the centremost end to the mid level.
- Added more cover to the Binary Rifle pad.

1.3 Saving Light

Update based on playtesting.

- Removed one gravity lift from Blue Base.
- Added two gravity lifts to Red Base, leading from the outside of the ground floor to the upper level.
- Added a platform to the middle of the back wall of Red Base.
- Added two additional pieces of structure to the centre end of Red Base.
- Slightly raised the trapezoids above the gravity slide in Red Base to provide additional head room.
- Expanded the level below the central dock.

1.4 The Lost & The Damned

Map update based on playtesting with Ascend Hyperion's Thursday Thirteen.

- Replaced the Plasma Pistol below the central dock with a Weapon Pad: Hydra Launcher.
- Moved the Red Base Plasma Pistol into a more prominent location.
- Each base now contains a standard Battle Rifle.

- Added purple spotlights to the Plasma Pistol spawns.
- Added white spotlights to the new Battle Rifle spawns.

- Added an invisible blocker to the landing pad for the Blue gravity launcher, making it harder to run...
