Lost Construct Lost Construct is a large map to medium sized map with several walkways that encircle the center stone structures. This map promotes mobility and it is very easy to get from one side of the map to the other making it incredibly fun in capture the flag or big team battle. This map has no real game types that are custom to it due to it's flexibility, but I recommend avoiding Jet packs in Load outs. This is due to the fact it makes it that much easier to maneuver around the map putting the odds in favor of players who are more experienced fliers. Give me feedback on the map being as this is my first try at a real competitive map.
This map suffurs from the same problem as many others that have recently been posted. Your pathways are way too linear. Look at where a player is at any given time. If they don't have at least three movement options (suicide jumps don't count), then they've been forced into an overly predictable path that the enemy can abuse for their own advantage. This is especially true when one of the only two movement options they're given include going backwards into the location they were previously at. Next, your map has incredibly open and longe-range LoS (Lines of Sight) along most of these pathways, causing the overall death amount to skyrocket on those paths. All these factors cause the giant paths to be horrible options for players, but since they make up most of the map's "flow", you'd be at an even greater disadvantage to not use them. A lose-lose. Bad. Anyways, I'm willing to be that all these problems could've been fixed by playing one single game on this map before posting it. Seriously, test your maps before posting them. The time and the effort needed to find a big enough game at times can be intimidating, but plan ahead with some friends, and you'll be there in no time.
