First and foremost this is not a machinima, it is a "custom campaign" a series of forge maps placed on a linear path to be played along a corresponding narrative. This custom campaign revolves around the final days of the Covenant assault on Reach in which a mysterious miasma is making developments across a few Reach outposts leaving Spartans becoming erratic and aggressive against authority, going as far to attack their fellow comrades.
