DC Valorstrike submitted a new map: Lich - Return to the farmlands of Planet Reach and battle the infected in this frontier settlement Read more about this map...
Big thanks Ryouji, keep your eye out next week. This will actually be part of a bigger project that is sure to excite people in the customs/forge community. This is only posted early for the Infection contest
Upon closer inspection, my favorite part of the map is now the indoor blue flower stuff. Really unique.
It actually does look reach like too, most of the time that's just something they say and don't really mean, the wood and asteroid rocks really makes it look Reach like.
Im really happy to hear that, and btw you might have one of the best gamertags I've ever seen man lol
Very cool map man, I can see the care that was put into every part of it. I walked around on this map for awhile and I must say everything looked very clean! I think I would have a lot of fun on this map! I do have a few interesting things to point out, I can tell that almost every single smaller rock formation, is the same rock, I think you would be even happier with the end result if you took some time to redo the rocks in the map. They look perfect really, but not natural. Nature is perfected through its imperfection. There was also a spot (I would have to show you or go back into the map) where I felt like the backdrop was part of the map, an area I felt I could definitely get to with ease, but found it was blocked out by an invisible blocker. Those things aside, I would love to get some games in on this map, hit me up bro!
I really appreciate the feedback D4rk! I definitely agree with using too many of the same type of rocks for the map and it shouldn't be too hard at all to fix, and for the invis blocked area we can get in the map sometime for you to point that one out, however I think I may know which area you're referring to.
