I'm pretty sure the Beta will include a Forged map next week. It will be interesting to see what they are able to do with it. If they are including a Forged map in the beta, I think it's pretty reasonable to say they want to test how Forged maps perform (framerate, spawning, etc.) And maybe they want to show us what they have so far so we can provide feedback on that aspect of Halo 5 as well.
Since forge is an additive editor with a variety of shapes that connect with each other there ought to be a 3D grid toggle. And the shapes themselves under a standard of measurement fixed to the grid. Floating dots layered a unit apart also to be the magnets aligning shapes on the same plain. Would help maps scale to Halo's core gameplay slashing unnecessary space down and keeping aesthetic flow with high graphic fidelity. Forge maps not looking like forge maps is more important to 343i than anything else. Custom game browser. For Pete's sake file sharing is important!
The Forge map in the beta has location tags that the AI Spartan chatter can react to. They call out activity based on how areas are labelled. So it looks like we'll be able to label areas within the map and the call-outs will be based on those labels. Pretty cool.

terrain editor (sand, grass, dirt, snow, rock) flat block shapes like the "grass plane" that you can select texture/colors for water, lava, acid and other dynamic pools scripting to make moving objects
I want the ability to select multiple objects and duplicate the group of objects and place them with constant relative position to one another
I wish there could be a way to select different textures rather than being forced to one design. It would also be nice to be able to mold objects or to be allowed to cut sections off each piece so that all pieces will be able to fit just the way we want.
