Does anyone know what is going on or what is supposed to be happening in the Legendary ending? I for one am thoroughly confused as to the meaning behind it. Even with my obsessive liking for all things Halo, including story, I have no idea. Was there something I missed?
.. them finding the construction that activates the portal to the ark. It just confirms what was known. what regret was going nuts about his "sermon" was that he found the truth to the end of all, and the way to the Ark. Truth and Mercy didn't need to look any farther ...he wasn't COMPLETELY crazy. Just a lil.
Alot of odst comes from the books.. The prophet is digging for a crystal that helps him with the arc. Read the books their cool lol.. However i dont think that the ending was worth doing legendary by myself): lol i wasted soo much timee for no wordss
I was so bummed that the legendary ending was just basically something we already knew, but I guess it was kinda cool. The other post-credits ending was absolutely hilarious and made the entire game worth it, though.
