This map is made very well but walking around on it, I feel that certain areas need to be upscaled slightly. I'm remaking Lockout using coordinates from H2A and going back and forth from the original version. I came to the conclusion that coordinates in older games can be converted to Halo 5 by using respawn zones, setting the bottom trait to .1 and the top trait as high as possible til it hits the ceiling of whatever room you're forging, along with width and length the same way. So say the top is 5.5, the bottom is .1, width is 3.6, and length is 4.8. You'd add the values for top and bottom which would be 5.6 which is converted to 56 for Halo 5. So the total value of the room in Halo 5 will be Length 48, Width, 36, and Height 56. I recommend going back to reach to make sure that all of your values are as close as possible because I feel like some of them are off. I hope this helps you.
Yeah, I know some areas are a little small, I may go back and try to fix them. And that's a pretty nice technique you mentioned. I'll try it out. Thanks!
No problem, glad to help! By the way, i compared the coordinates for Reach using the library piece on my lockout and library on h2a and they're nearly identical. So this does seem to be the best method.
Yeah, some other people have said that too. I may go back and fix it up where it's needed. I just had a little trouble since this was my first map in Halo 5 and had to get used to the new controls and everything.
Yea def really good outside of the scaling. The coloring and the way you forged the rocket/vents was really cool
