So alot of maps I see are going for that large-scale battlefield kind of vibe. Which requires a full party really to get going and then are some maps I see that are really small scaled and turn three-four party players into a mini-war. There are pros and cons for each of them, I wonder what's your preference for building maps and why? To me I use small-scale to make that sense of adrenaline and danger especially for infection type games. While I use standoff for more adventure type games. Which however seem to transform into a hide-and-camp game.

Well, I enjoy both kinds. I love Avalanche, especially the game type I made for it. Its good for Team Doubles, its a simple Capture The Flag Variant. Then theres the good old small Save One Bullet maps. Oh how I love those, there addicting for a four person game, as well as a hectic fourteen person game.
