    Lab Rats (a.k.a. Rat Race)
    4-6 Players

    Lab Rats is a competitive 2v2/3v3 medium size map in the crypt. It mainly plays for slayer. It is my attempt to recreate Rat Race from Halo:CE; the reason being because I had yet to see a good remake of Rat Race, so I made my own. Hence, Lab Rats is born. I used the original weapon set from Halo:CE, with the only difference being that two grenades spawn in each location as opposed to four. Regenerators also replace health packs. Please note that this is my first posted map, and I did my best to make this one as accurate and true to the original Rat Race as possible. I hope everyone here enjoys it.

    *Extra notes
    *I now that there are a few small gaps in the floor in some places, but these should not cause many problems. Please don't bother telling me about them, as I already konw they are there and did my best to fix them. If anyone is willing to help me fix some of these gaps, the help would be greatly appreciated.
    *Regenerators are only there to replace health packs. One spawns in the tunnels (Just outside Blue base), and the other just outside Red Base.

    Well, that's about all I have for this map. I will try to add in some action shots as soon as possible. Please download and have fun.

    Shotgun + camo = sad face
    Place the shotgun faaaaaaar away from the camo.
    Needs moar interloxing
    Also, whats that weapon near the overshield? I can barley see what that thing is.

    *Well, in the original map, the shotgun spawns close to the powerups. I did not want to place the overshield near it, as the user would be effectively unstoppable. This map is being tested tomorrow, so I do not know how the current placement will affect gameplay right now. However, it should not be much of a problem as the shotgun only has one clip, which will be used quickly. However, I will move the shotgun further back and increase its spawn time.
    *I am a novice at interlocking, but I did what I can to fix what I could. If someone would volunteer to help me smooth out the bumps and cracks, I would be very grateful.
    *That is a plasma rifle. I took the shot from a distance.
    *I will update my post tomorrow night with fixed spawns (hopefully) action shots.

    Ok, to give a serious over look.
    The map has a good over view, and what I mean is good potential.
    The lay out isn't horrible, but nor great.
    You really do need to consider to interlock, or ghost merge your map.
    It takes time, but saves the hassle of messy fire fights.
    If you make a V.2, which you don't have to, but if you do, interlocking is a must.
    But great job on what you got there so far, if you have any questions about ghost merging, or interlocking PM me, I'll be happy to help.
