This is L.A. It is similar to Cops and Robbers, but there is the one invincible cop (Except for assassinations of course) and he arrests the gang members for doing something wrong. Official Rules are below. Sorry for creating such a long rule list, but it is very fun when it is played this way. Some rules may be abolished, like the warrent rules. Trust me, all rules have been implemented to make the game more fun and create a safe environment for the cop and Gang member.
The gametype allows for the Gang Member, that if he resists arrest, he can be shot to death, but the big point out of that, is that he is now a Cop, which makes teaming up on the last man standing fun and challenging, as the last man standing also runs at 300%, while you can go to a max of 150% with the custom power up. You can change them up all you like, because they rely on the honor system, which is easy to change, and the honor system usually means you have to have a good party leader, and pray he isn't the cop.

One rule that I have made for this game, and is important: NO GUESTS ALLOWED, unless the party leader has a guest. You must also have a microphone, so that you can give orders if you're a cop, or tell a cop that you are going to jail. If you don't have these when you play in this game, it does not work correctly.

This is best played with 4-6 players, as trying to keep track of more players doesn't work, and all the rules seem to be abolished quickly by the cop, which means it becomes open season, and you can't kill the hunter.
Also, those players should be "Good" players, so they follow rules, and are honest. That means you probably don't want to invite that guy who thinks he's badass at halo, but he sucks, and calls people "noobs" for beating him because they used the rocket launcher on him once when they picked the weapon off his body because he sucks so much he can't fire a weapon straight. Don't you hate those people?

How the game works
The Cop must watch for them to do something wrong. Doing something wrong includes: Carrying "drugs," or attacking cops. Drugs are: Carbine-Marijuana, Plasma Pistle-Cocaine, and Needler-Crystal Meth. I chose these guns so you can check their legs or back for drugs.

Cops may never attack a Gang Member unless that person is trying to assassinate them, or are being defiant. Being Defiant isn't walking too slow or jumping too much, but not stopping when they're told, or driving off without the cop either in the driver or passenger seat to make sure they go to jail. Cops may ask for people to stop at any time, but only if the person may be not following the rules. If a cop asks you to stop and he takes you to jail for no reason, then you may appeal your case to the party leader, and the cop will either let you out, or get booted. The cop must arrest you for not following the rules, not just because he doesn't want to listen to you.
It IS possible to break out of jail, so watch out for people breaking open the jail or their friends breaking them out. If you find someone out of jail that you sent to jail, then they probably will not want to go back to jail, which is defiance, but you can re-arrest them. The death penalty can only be used after the second breakout, so watch out.
Cops may shoot on sight of a player using a banshee, or breaking people out of jail. Cops may let people out of jail by hitting the barrals off of the teleporter in the Police Station. To arrest someone, the best way is to say their gamertag and (yelling usually helps with this) saying "FREEZE!" Adding "Dirtbag" usually gets more attention too. Then tell them what they did wrong, and ask for them to go to jail. Of course, they'll probably lie and say "I wasn't doing that!" but you must arrest them, or if you want to be nice, get more evidence, which usually makes it so you don't get booted by the party leader. Also, the best way to take people to jail is to get them onto a mongoose or warthog and drive them to the teleporter to jail. Always watch your back if you take them on foot. Take them to the Teleporter which is on it's side in the front of the Police Station to send them to jail.

For the subject of drug dealing, I don't see it happening much, but you are able to do it.

The final rule is that the last man standing can be killed for no good reason, to make the game go faster. There usually isn't a last man standing for a while, unless you have a bad cop. Bad players should be booted immediately. There is a point for the last man standing to be killed on sight, as you cannot see if he's actually doing something wrong, because he can run off at 300% speed, and you won't catch him. Sending him to jail is also useless.

Now, you may switch these rules up any way you want, but I want you to post what you did, so I can refer back to it and see if it should be added to the official rules.
