I love flaws!! But I didn't find any. JK... it was a pretty good montage albeit a tad short. Music got annoying after a while...
haha at first i thought this was a joke from the first clip and the music but... it was pretty good. and lets be honest you spawn killed those guys on isolation for that multikill but its all good fun hehe
This is pretty short and sweet for a two minute montage. The editing accompanied the gameplay pretty well, and the music isn't all too horrible either. Good job!
Looks great Matty. The only things I didn't like were, obviously, the fades (or whatever you'd call that) which you are fixing right now, and the last Narrows clip during the fade when the in-game video control panel opened up. Very professional look.
^ QFT Everything was great IMO, but the fades can be shortened and the last clip needed to be cut before the panel came up. The juicy effect got annoying to my eyes after awhile but its not that big of a deal.
So you really do get all those triple kills and then someone steals your overkill...;D Pretty crazy stuff, man. You still have some mad skillz in the game, and in an editor too now.
2:02 EPIC FAIL Its cool but the fading is lame (like others have said). What program do you use [for video editing]?
I feel that i dropped myself in it when trying to create that kind of style, because i didn't really enjoy it and some parts were a lot of work. When i get my laptop i think i'll make a proper one, and a much better processor will allow me to edit in much higher detail and overall quality, which should generate a better outcome. I only posted it because it was either that or losing it when my computer is incinerated .
What editing program are you using? Sony Vegas? I apologize if this is in the video somewhere, I don't have time to watch over it again.
I don't think any length of fade look good in a fast paced montage like this at all. I think fades look out of place and slow things down when used in a montage unless used with a slow paced piece of music or at the beginning or end of the montage.
