While im pretty sure that this has been done before several times, this is easily the cleanest version ive ever seen. Is it 100% successful?
Not to burst your bubble but this is kind of old. Still... you did do a good job in the elevator design. So good job on that.
So? That doesn't matter. No one has ever posted an actual map with a keycard elevator in it. Heck, half of the cool inventions in this forum aren't used again. He has all the right to post this until this idea gets exhausted and destroyed by gametypes like Fat Kid.

How does it work, exactly? I understand you threw a power drain in, but what does the explosion destroy and what results from that to cause a gravity lift to spawn?
OK I'll tell you, the power drain is on top of a chamber that contains 2 coils and one 1 grav lift, when the power drain explodes so do the coils. When the coils destroy the grav lift which is one min max it spawns the other one under the create pushing it up to the top.
