I have no idea how anyone could decode all of that stuff. You probably need to know about the rest of Halo's story, which I really don't. I'm not trying to be too much of a "naysayer", but for the people that don't know so much about the story, or just don't want to decode a crazy message, this could really get on your nerves.

I dont know how any of you got "new map" from this. But what Im puzzled about is the words in the back, they dont seem to be English. And they can be stating clues to what this actually means.
When I first saw the whole "Keep it Clean" update, I'll I thought was here we go again... I know it probably isn't but it really seems like the announcement will be a racing game.
Well the chief and Cortana did crash land on a planet loaded with apparently artificial lights at the end of Legendary Halo 3. Seems to me that a METROPOLITAN EMERGENCY would have to be a city, and the planet Master Chief is on looks a whole lot like one. Would have to be a human city to be associating with ONI though.
Sorry if this is already known, but I'm pretty sure the superintendent is a somewhat damaged robot. If you pay attention to what it's saying, most of it has nothing to do with the topic, or is pointing out hazards. Maybe it's a clue. Also, when the officer tries to talk to it, he says he's been told there is core damage and to upload something, but it cuts him off.
Its known, but I like to think as the Superintendant being the Evil Plunger from Mars :shiver: That planet is (or is thought to be) Onyx. Its one of the only worlds that have a spot safe from the Halo's firing methods, but Onyx is also know for something else... I think that the supperintendent (Being an AI for New Mombasa) is just malfunctioning and repeating what it has said before.Because I believe we've seen some of those messages before on b.net.Correct me if I'm wrong ,though.

This definentley is the unannouced e3 mishap i know this becuase i read last months game infromer magizine and bungie announce that what they pulled out is halo 3 related. They did not want it released because of its huge surprise contents.
