Map: Jetball Stadium Gametype: Jetball Fileshare: ash55 I created this gametype about a month ago but haven't gotten round to posting it yet. It's a variant of Grifball utilising space, infinite jetpack and concussion rifles. The field of play is a circle that surrounds a central platform where the ball spawns in. There are two loadouts. One for offence and one for defence. The defensive loadout has a Concussion Rifle and 2 Pulse Grenades. Pulse Grenades can be handy for goal keeping as they will cling to the goal pad for a short time (as seen in the preview gif). Anyone who touches the Pulse Grenade sphere will be vapourised. The offensive loadout has a Concussion Rifle (again) and 3 Plasma Grenades. Plasma Grenades aren't as useful, however they're great for taking out turrets. Oh, did I not mention that you can set up to 3 turrets above your team's goal? Any opponent who ventures too close to your goal will be shot down until your turret has been destroyed by the opposing team (which is why having 3 grenades is pretty handy). Setting up your team's turrets can be risky as you have to stand still to activate them. A single concussion round can put you back on the respawn. A stadium stand overlooks the field of play, however as there is no Yellow or Green team option, it's just for decoration (unless you want to set your camera up there while watching in Theatre mode) I encourage people to try out different settings if they feel it doesn't work out that well or experiment (and let me know about it). I haven't played a proper game on it. Just a 2v2 at most. I envision 4v4 being ideal.
