Lighting is not good.
I feel that the focal is located too much to the left.

Needs more flow.

 

agreed with rabbitt.. crop the right some..

also it looks kinda odd cause you put bright spots on the text when the light reflections on his head are on the left..

 

Could ye share yer technique for makin' dem electricy effects?

 

oh woah ice, i was looking at your sig again and i noticed the c4d in the BG cuts off on top to the left of his head.
