Well i really haven't even tried to create an invasion map yet so i said what the hell i'll give it a shot. This is Assault on the Control Room parts 1 and 2 of 3. I based it off the Halo CE campaign and am focusing mostly on game play and keeping the movement fluent rather than fancy looking buildings etc. Here is part 2 (bungie is gay so i don't got part 1 pics yet) Its the part where you find the giant mesa with the tunnel through the middle of it with 2 shade turrets surrounding it as well as a large platform atop the mesas. Note: all pics subject to be radically changed, especially the starting spawn. Here is spartan starting area The first major obstacle for the Spartans is the 1st shade embankment that is supported by a ghost and as for classes idk yet. If you notice there are 2 platforms below the mesa, these are the doorways you must work your way towards to get to the top. Atop the mesas (Falcons spawn after capturing the mesa) i tried my best to remember what exactly it looked like without playing it and im pleased with what i came up with. Just another shot of the top Now it gets interesting the Spartans (after taking the mesa) must now fly there falcons to these 2 landing pads and capture at least one of them to move on to the final stage. The final stage, a forerunner generator that you must blow up (not yet completed). I'll update with the first part later on today. And a side note can i use the bomb at the last stage? or should i just rig a cinematic ending after capturing a point?
