Unlike my last typography (...) this actually required work, and has a meaning. The stock image was pretty good, and I didn't need to edit much, just applied a soft light gradient, messed with the color balance settings, and applied a field of depth blur.

    CnC is greatly appreciated.

field of depth lol *runs outside and rolls around in the garden laughing*

5 minutes later:- Ok, well the gradient change is a bit too extreme, if you really want to use a gradient (apparently thats what the cool kids do?) then i would only have a subtle colour change. Text placement is pretty cool and the enlarged speech marks are also cool apparently. I'd like to see a version of just a solid white text?

So the gradient is supposed to pull colours from the water correct? I do like that, keeps repitition in the piece, but overall, it's nothing that special, it's just a quick stock + new font layer + gradient + layer effects. Couldn't have taken that long?

Well, it wasn't really like a 2 hour project, and a lot of the work was finding an image that I really wanted, as most of the really good ones cost money and were on stock image sites. However, this is some little things that go almost unnoticed that make the image flow. Thanks for the CnC.
