--INFERNUS-- My second attempt at a competitive map in Reach. Infernus is a small indoor map where only the bases are symmetrical. It is a narrow map definitely. Weapons are subject to change, but for right now I have a sniper at each base, a GL on top mid and a shotgun far side. Theres also a gravity lift to take you up to the top in the middle. Well seeing as noone els commented I think I might Some of the aesthetic pieces are put together very well. Out of the pics provided I will say that the bottom mid area does look the best. Now the map does look small, so thee existing power weapons are fine.
Thanks and yes it is quite small. I originally had rockets but not anymore I will have to test to see if it is TOO small, but yeah. Nice sig btw.
Well, I could tell this had promise when you showed me in Forge, and it looks like its only gotten better since then! The aesthetics are looking very nice, and, as I told you before, it looks like it will play very well. Can't wait to play this when you're done!
Yay thanks but I'm still scared that it is too small...only testing will tell. One thing I think I am glad I changed is the Rockets were replaced with GL. I added some more rooms and such as well since the last time you saw it.
Yo man, how come you havn't showed me this before? Jk, this looks really nice. And what happened to the first attempt at a competitive map . This does look really nice from the pictures but for me it's just a tad too narrow. I know you really can't change that now but it might be bigger than I think it is right now. Also, bottom mid and the lift look gorgeous! At first it looked a little standard but taking a closer look, it looked a lot better. Can't wait to play, maybe one of the few comprehended I'll play.
Haha well idk I have been working on it for a while, right after I released Clutch V2, and yeah Clutch was my first attempt technically, but this map I actually took my time and made everything perfectly coordinated. But yeah it might be in the testers guild soon enough.
