However, there are a few things that I want to know. First of all, is there a compatibility with Windows stuff? I have both a PC and Mac, and I think I read somewhere that it works with both. Much appreciation.

Storage devices are always a good thing to have. In case your computer crashes, you'll still have all of your crap still loaded. I say go ahead and buy it even if it only works for Mac

I'd buy it if I didn't secretly store all my files within the deep, deep caverns of the unused 'introductions' section of the forum. Not really.

Doesn't work with windows and CAN'T be used for storage. Only for backups.
Do not buy, in my opinion.
