I'd like a Pelican on Avalanche, Crashed or Flyable.

srry about that put a pelican in other multiplayer maps. if you want to fly a pelican i can teach you can fly the pelican on the trial version of halo pc.
actully there are tons of "legal" mods you can download for the trial that already have the pelican in them. but im not gonna advertise any

Modifying the trial is illegal. It's against the Terms of Usage.

H2 modding was fun, though. Until XBLive modding.

Yes, they are. And Sparkedit was designed by Halomods members for use in modding Halo 1 CE, not the trial.

    Enough.

yes but there are ppf patches that enable the bloodgulch.map and b30.map from the trial to work with sparkedit. i know this cause i played trial and i tried modding that for like a month before i switched or the the full version and after i started playing th FV my modding phase was over.

There is a landing pad on Blackout....it wouldn't be too far of a stretch to see an unusable pelican as a forge object.

Blackout seems to small for any vehicles, but w/e. It'd be interesting for Hornets.

Naw I think blackout will be the *racetrack* after forging. But I can see a crashed pelican as a placeable object, flyable is my dreaming. Hmm modding the trial? I think the trial used to be on my school computers, and didn't it only have blood gulch?

Also, the modded pit with the pelican..I didn't think it was drivable? And whats the consensus..ban from DL or ban from afvertising it?

    About a flyable pelican.
In the avalanche teaser i believed they mentioned some "tweeks" to the hornet to make it more of a personell carrier,a flying warthog basically.
Perhaps this is the pelican weve been waiting for?

Ah i may have got it wrong
    http://www.bungie.net/News/content.aspx?type=topnews&cid=13382
"Also the Hornet (in Avalanche only) has been tweaked from the shipping version to make it better suited as an MP vehicle, instead of a floating death platform. So, the Hornet will finally see some action in Matchmaking. There are some unique Forge objects as well that are unique to Avalanche."

For some reason on my original reason i saw man carrier :S
Dunno what MP stand s for but its definately changed

    HUZZAH
Further probing has revealed the changes here at the bottom
    http://www.bungie.net/News/content.aspx?type=topnews&cid=13368
""What’s different about this version of the Hornet? Its missiles have been removed and its guns have had their effectiveness reduced. It’s less of an airborne death machine and more of an aerial support vehicle now"

So yeah with two passenger seats its basically a flying warthog
