Okay, ive always been good at building the maps, but when it comes to spawn points and whatever those things are that look like holographic tampons, im lost. Game types other than Slayer dont work for me cause i obviously dont do whatever its wants right. (gives me crap like ''this map is not compatible with that gametype'' ...what am I doing wrong?
This thread should help you out. I don't know if it says it in there or not, but you also need to edit the map using the gametype you're trying to set up. So if you're trying to set your map up for CTF, you need to be editing the map using the CTF gametype instead of basic editing. The linked thread will tell you what objects you need for each gametype and how to set them up.
