It said that my 360 settings would be restored. I thought it was like an undo button. Now I can only use my desktop PC and it won't let me in my router (typing in 192.168.1.1 gives me a page load error).

Should I reset my router? I don't have the installation disk for the router, someone threw it out.
Help, please. How do I get back into my router? At the moment, it's acting like a box that my phone line flows through.

First try restarting your router, then trying to go back onto the default settings page (Note default, depending on router model, it may be different) if that dont work, download the cd contents for your router of tinterweb, then do a hard reset on your router (see your manual) then reinstall it all again. BTW, it wont have been your xbox that caused this? Maybe a virus? They wouldnt allow there to be a feature like this that ****s up your internet in a child friendly console..
