Alright, here to help you out with a little more info. First things first is XBOX.COM. If you have your account activated with xbox.com you can do the following. 1) Click on Support. 2) Click on Hardware. 3) Under Console Management Click on Register a Console. 4) Once your xbox is registered Click on Repair a Console. 5) You shall get a box to put you Xbox in. 6) Once the repair process is filled out print out the paper with the information. 7) Put the Xbox in the box with some paper to make sure nothing happens inside and tape the information paper to the top of the box. 8) Go to your nearest UPS and drop it off. 9) Wait a couple of weeks and it will be back to you. 10) In the meantime you can check the process of your xbox in Check Repair Status. You also get a complimentary one month of Xbox Live. I had taken my brother's xbox in and his took between like 2-3 weeks(I had gotten my brother's xbox returned at my house at 7 p.m. on a Friday night). I am bad with remembering and days. And I had recently sent my THIRD xbox in like one week or two ago. I expect it back some time next week.(Probably Friday).
