Ok, so... I was sitting at my computer about to go on xbox live, but I wanted to see who was online first (xbox.com) because I'm not going on until one of my friends gets on, and he was so I got on. Oddly, I was logged off and had to logg on (I have it set to auto-logg in). And I was banned for TWO WEEKS. But yet I was on xbox.com just 15 seconds ago. It said it sent me an email saying why, so I go to check it. I did not have an email on any of my three accounts, so I go to xbox.com but I could not logg on because I was banned. So now I dont know what to do. I might call them but i dont know if that will do any good. I honestly dont know why I was banned. I am never in game chat or send messages to people I dont know so I cant think of what would have done it. I was banned once before for having "F***" (Exactly like that, not "****") in my bio so i didnt make that mistake. What should I do?
Ban them BACK! Every business hates the BBB, and if you got a legitimate complaint the Better-Business-Bureau wants to hear about it. The BBB doesnt **** around, even if you are wrong, just the fact that you contacted them usually is enough to get the business you are reporting to take action, In your case you could expect to see either A detailed explanation on why you were banned from XBL service or a sincere apology included with reactivation of your account You can file your report HERE
I love twitter.com/xboxsupport, got an answer within seconds, almost like a chat room. To bad I had to make a twitter account (the one thing I swore never to do).
