Hurtgenwald - WWII themed map for ZombieDyer's Team Conquest mode.

Hurtgenwald is themed around the wintery conclusion to the Hurtgen Battles in the latter part of 1944. I decided to shake up the typical Team Conquest map by introducing this map on more of a slope with defined routes. To keep the action fast paced, I decreased the overall size of the map.
