there is people standing next to him with camo and holding BRs which causes a ripple effect, thats my hypothesis

hmmmm, this is probably way off, but i think that there was a guy behind him with the exact same pose, but a deployable cover in between them, so the second guy looks wavy/ripple of the 1st guy. Also i think juicy, gloomy, and pen & ink are on. Also, they may have just found and area in cold storage, like the heat waves in longshore. Here's an example:

I'm guessing you dont know where they are, so they are on top of the yellowish room on longshore. Basiccally, if you stand in front of them they reflect your spartan like that, but i think in that picture the guy added some explosions. I'd try looking for somethin like that on cold storage.
