has anyone had it happen that they call up microsoft, and they say it will take like 10 working days but after you send it off you get an email saying it will be 3-4 weeks? this might only apply to us australians because the xbox community is substantially smaller, or, does microsoft just hate me?
Five and counting. Only took 4 days to return, the other four times I just unplugged everything, waited then plugged it all back in and it was fine.
well the place is just out in parramatta or blacktown so it shouldn't take too long, maybe they just say upto 3-4 weeks just to be safe
never once... lol, knock on wood (knocks on wood) but my friend did nd he had to wait two months 4 a new one, he was at my house everyday to play lol
i gotta hand it to microsoft, they do a good job repairing them, i got mine after about 5 days or so, and i got 1 month free live which was sweet but i think it's like a right of passage, you won't fully be accepted in the xbox community until you have had RRoD
I have had RROD multiple times. I think 3-5! It sucks more each time! Thank god for Microsoftt Warranties!
