Avalanche then go to the middle man cannon room. On the floor there are pannels. Put what you want on them then add effects.

 

Guys, I'm pretty sure he's asking what effects to use and how to execute them, not what the background texture is.

I'm not sure if this is accurate, but try dropping a flare near it, and send your Theater mode into the flash of it. The same should be achieved by an explosion of a frag grenade. Experiment a little, and you'll come out with some pretty interesting effects. Good luck!
