Edit V.2, I had to go and Edit both the Map and the Gametype. Not too drastic changes, but for balancing and spawning issues. But its all good. Injoy. I see you got around to posting this. How much was the gametype tested? Did it work? Not much to tell about the gametype from the post, but the only thing I would suggest if you haven't already is to give the zombies loadouts to represent different covenant species.
At Plasma, Thats a good idea. Anyways, I actually only tested it three times, and I thnik its good, but needs tweaking. Ill be doing that today.
Another thing I was going to suggest would be, if budget provides, to place a custom power-up that gives a covenant who picks it up traits that represent a chieftain.

I suppose it's time that I tell you how I feel about the map; I really like how the infected are like covenant. I also like how the Rocket Launchers scattered around the map aren't too overpowered and how the Banshee is countered by the Rockets fairly well. The only gripe I have is the nearness to the two spawns, but the only way you could avoid that is by moving the Phantom, which looks like too much work to do twice.
