This is a race track made by my friend Uncle Dukie. The name comes from the fact that much of the track is high above ground. There is a "danger zone" to race through (filled with mines and falling explosives), several jumps (including a "grand canyon" jump), and a tunnel, among other things. He made one alternate pathway (it's in one particular area, so that if you survive falling off the track near it, you have another pathway to get back on track). He also put in some structures for aesthetic purposes; they're intended to be ancient ruins, half-buried and falling to pieces, with trees and grass growing through them. He designed the track mainly with warthogs in mind (except for one or two areas that works a little better on the mongoose), so he recommends playing it with the race options set to warthog instead of the default mongoose. I decided against uploading a custom gametype with that enabled, because it's not needed to run the race, and would be easy enough to change that one option if someone wanted to. The track is functional/compatible with the race gametype (though it's only been playtested with the two of us). Here are the screenshots:
