This map looks amazing, my first impression was a remake or inspiration of the last Halo 2 mission, im love the caves, certainly this map was made with time and dedication, Good work!
Easily one of the best maps in the game, but please change red and blue spawns because blue spawns by an orange cave and red spawns by a blue lift.
Man your combination of terrain an blocks is so good. Great forging and great atmosphere. 1600 blocks "He's... Flying... Whole... HIGH... GUARD... Oh..."
Make me. Means a lot man! I think that's a compliment..? I'll take it. I'm glad it made you think of the original trilogy, that was the main goal You're my muse Thanks! My budget got a little tight, but I think it worked out!
Quick nitpick. The bridge by the gravity lift can't be clambered. Put some invisible blockers on those railings.
Some randy said my competitive settings were trash because radar was off. It just goes to show you to never trust their opinion lmao.
Do you mean the same people that make "Survive the ____" maps out of huge uncolored floor blocks? Unless its someone who is considerate and experienced in forge I would not take anything they say remotely seriously. Great feedback is the best though.
I actually noticed this map casually searching maps on my Xbone. I thought "hey that looks cool. Of course, it's Given." I really loved running around this map. It has a classic look and feel that I love and everything just flows. The only problem I had was after a while I felt like I was always looking down on the area below. I haven't had a match on this, but I did feel like it was going to end up being a map who's pressure was always coming from above. The obvious solution would be to throw in another cannon man and maybe a one way teleporter. I know that given how people already feel about this map, and because of your own satisfaction with it, that you are unlikely to make any changes for this, but I still thought I should throw in my two cents. Thanks again for this addition to my playlist.
